I get asked many questions about accessible travel by email, and it’s not always easy to answer them all. That’s why I decided to start offering consultation calls to help you. This way you’ll get personalized information, advice, and support.

What is a Consultation Call?

A consultation call is a personalized meeting with me through Zoom where you can ask questions about traveling with a disability, get feedback on where to travel, personalized recommendations, and more. You can purchase a call for yourself or someone else.

Once our call is finished, you will receive a recording of our conversation so you can easily refer back to it whenever you want. However, if your disability is such that written information is easier, please let me know and I can arrange for you to be given written responses to your questions.

As someone who has traveled to over 21 countries and 4 continents (including Antarctica) with limited mobility, as a wheelchair user, and with respiratory equipment, I have the knowledge and experience to help answer your questions and give you expert advice.

Types of Consultation Calls

There are three call lengths available based on your needs and budget. I’ve done my best to keep the pricing as affordable as possible so that I can help answer your questions and concerns.

10 Minute Call

This call is perfect if you have one quick question that doesn’t require a lot of explanation. The cost of this call is $10 US.

30 Minute Call

A 30-minute call is perfect for one or two questions that require a more in-depth response or explanation. I can offer more personalized accessible travel tips and advice. This call is $20 US.

40 Minute Call

The 40-minute call is for people that may need extra support or have several concerns or questions. You will have time if you have follow-up questions or concerns based on our conversation. This call is $25 US.

These calls can be used for specific questions you have about traveling with a disability, for help deciding on your next destination, to get feedback on your itinerary, accessible travel advice, and more.

However, if you would like assistance planning your next trip, using my itinerary planning services will be a more appropriate option. This allows me to go more in-depth in helping you plan your next trip.

Additionally, if you would like support throughout the travel process, you could also choose to join me on one of the accessible small-group tours I organize.

Consultation Call FAQs

Can I Book More Than One Call?

Absolutely! However, I recommend waiting until after the first call as you may get the answers you need from just one meeting.

Are Refunds Available?

Due to the nature of this product, refunds are not available. Once you purchase the call, you will get an email with a link to my calendar to schedule a time that works for you.

Then, if required, you get one chance to reschedule the call if something comes up and you’re unable to make our meeting. If you miss the rescheduled time, there will not be a refund.

How Do I Book?

You can use the links below to book the length of call you are interested in. You will then receive a receipt for your purchase and an additional email with a link to my calendar so you can schedule a time for our meeting that works for you.

If you do not see a time that is compatible with your schedule, please email me to let me know and we can make arrangements. Additionally, my calendar is continuously updated, so keep checking back for future dates.
