Road Trips in the United States
Want to travel across the US but hate planning the logistics? I’ve got you covered! No matter if you are traveling in an RV, planning to stay in hotels, or want a fly-and-drive experience, I can help you put everything together.
As someone who has done numerous road trips, I think they are a fantastic way to travel. I will help you map out the best routes, add interesting stops along the way, and ensure you make the most of your time on the road.

US National Parks
If you are a national park lover or just enjoy getting out into nature, the US national parks are a fantastic destination. However, for many planning a trip to these incredible destinations can seem a bit overwhelming.
Let me organize the perfect for you itinerary to help take the stress out of your trip and to allow you to enjoy all that these parks have to offer. Just keep in mind that when wanting to travel to the most popular parks (Yosemite, Yellowstone, Glacier, Arches etc.) that you should contact me at least a year in advance to help you plan this type of trip.
There are several packages that would cover a trip to the parks depending on how long your trip is and how much detail you would like. Either of the itinerary service packages would fit.
United States
Let’s face it, the United States has some pretty awesome places to visit. Whether you are looking to go to one of its large cities, hoping for a beach getaway, or want a quiet retreat, the US has something for everyone. As someone who has traveled to over 25 states (literally half the country), I can help you plan a fantastic trip.
Cruises
Cruises are an amazing way to see multiple destinations in a short amount of time. Additionally, they are overall an accessible way to travel to destinations. I’ll assist you in finding the right itinerary and cruise line for you as well as take the stress out of finding excursions.
Europe
Filled with culture, beautiful architecture, delicious food, and more, Europe is a popular and fun destination. Accessibility can also be generally good (depending on the destination). Let me organize a fantastic trip for you to this incredible continent.
Antarctica
For those who dream of visiting all 7 continents, Antarctica is a must. It’s wildlife, gorgeous landscapes, and interesting history are sure to delight. There are many options for visiting the white continent, so let me help you find the best one for you!

How Much Does This Service Cost?
I strive to keep costs affordable so I offer several different packages so that you can find the right one for you and your budget. When you compare my prices to similar services out there, you will find that my prices are very reasonable.
**Please note that trips taking place 60 days or less from when you contact me will incur an additional charge of $100.
Where to Next Package $25
Need help deciding where to go on your next adventure? Then this package is for you. Based on your interests, budget, and needs, I will make up to 3 recommendations for destinations that fit your criteria. I will then find the best flights for you to get there.
Come Sail Away Package $125
For those interested in help planning and researching a cruise. You will receive up to 3 suggested cruise itineraries, as well as shore excursion suggestions that fit your interests, needs, and budget. Cruises can be anywhere from 2-14 days long and my recommendations will be based on your travel dates.
If you would like to add on a pre or post-cruise stay, there is an added cost of $25. This add-on option will provide recommended hotels/lodging, as well as suggested activities.
Basic Itinerary Planning Service (1-7 days) $125
Whether you have a destination in mind or need help deciding, I’ll create a flexible and basic itinerary for you. It will include suggestions of lodging, flights (if applicable), transportation, and activities to suit your interests. It does not have detailed itinerary information or suggest when to do the activities.
Additionally, if you have more than one destination for this trip, (let’s say you want to visit 2 cities or towns during your week trip) there is an additional fee of $25.
Detailed Itinerary (1-7 days) $175
For those who want a more specific and detailed itinerary for their trip including when to do each activity, approximate times of how long to allocate for each activity, the best way to get between each activity, and a detailed budget breakdown of the trip. Should you need equipment rentals there will also be recommendations on places that offer this service.
Again, if you choose to visit more than one city or town during your trip, there is an additional $25 fee.
Basic Itinerary Planning Service (8-14 days) $175
This package allows for 2 destinations during a trip and provides lodging, airfare, and activity recommendations. Similar to the 1-7 day package, a detailed itinerary is not provided.
If you would like to add a third destination to this trip, there is an added cost of $25.
Detailed Itinerary (8-14 days) $200
Just like the other detailed itinerary package, you will receive a day-by-day itinerary that contains activities, lodging, flights, transportation, and other important details. This package includes two destinations during the trip with the ability to add additional destinations for $25 each.
Itinerary Planning Service (15+ days) $350
I do not offer two separate plans for trips of 15 or more days because, for a vacation of this length, it’s important to be detailed and organized. Since I want to provide the best service possible, this means I will only provide detailed itineraries and information. There is no limit on destinations in this package.

How Do I Get Started with Your Travel Itinerary Planning Services?
If you would like to proceed with my travel itinerary planning services, these are the next steps.
- Complete this questionnaire so I can get an idea of what your needs and wishes are.
- We will then schedule a Zoom call so that I can get to know you and you have the opportunity to ask questions or address any concerns you may have.
- When a package is agreed upon, you will make the payment.
- Within 7-10 days you will receive by email a fully customized itinerary.
- There will be an opportunity for you to review the itinerary and I will make any adjustments needed.

Do You Receive Commissions for Your Recommendations?
In order to help keep the cost of this service as affordable as possible, yes, I may include links that when you use them to book or make a purchase, I earn a small commission at no cost to you.
However, this does not mean that I suggest places or activities solely to make a profit from them. I will only recommend hotels, flights, transportation, and activities if I feel it suits your needs, interests, and budget.
Will This Service Be Personalized for Me?
Absolutely! This is the main benefit of itinerary planning services. This is not a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all approach. I will ensure that the itinerary and suggestions I provide fit your individual needs, budget, and interests.
This is the reason I start the process by asking you to complete a questionnaire. So, I can better understand your travel style, and how best to meet your individual needs.
Who Books Hotels, Flights, Transportation, and Activities?
In full disclosure, I am NOT a travel agent. As a result, I cannot book any accommodations, flights, transportation, or activities for you.
What I will do is provide you with direct links and detailed information so that booking these things is a breeze for you. Additionally, I am also available if you have questions during the booking process.
Are Refunds Available?
Due to the nature of this service, refunds are not available. After you receive the initial itinerary and information, there is one opportunity for revisions to be made.
When Should I Contact You to Start Planning My Trip?
While some trips can be more spontaneous, it’s best to contact me at least 3 months prior to your trip. Furthermore, if you have accessibility requirements, it’s ideal to contact me as soon as you know your travel dates (or a year in advance). The same goes for any trips involving the US national parks.
